I was at the show tonight and happened to see this thread before I left. There were definately some looks that passed between the two just prior to stepping onto the chairs -- and Michael did grab her hand with both of his.

It was, of course, performed flawlessly.

so glad all is ok. i saw it in may and those clunker shoes she wore scared me to death.

ashley brown (belle in B&B) was telling me that one night her foot got caught in a track on stage and she fell and SPRAINED it ON STAGE! and she finished the show! maybe it's like when i sprained my ankle a couple of days before a show. when i was off stage it hurt horribly, but when i stepped out on stage, it wouldn't hurt at all. i suppose it was because i was so in the moment and my character didn't have a sprained ankle. haha. but as soon as i stepped off again, it would throb again. it's difficult to explain. it was so strange. does anyone know what i'm talking about or am i just crazy?

even though it sounds like she was shaken, i'm glad she was able to shake it off and continue. it makes me love her even more than i already do :)

BrightEyed-I totally know what you're talking about with the sprained ankle thing. One time during a show i had a super fast costume change back stage, my costumer was supposed to stand at the edge of the platform backstage so i knew where to go, he didn't, ended up falling off the platform, and sprained my ankle. Off stage it was awful, but onstage i was in character and it just didnt hurt. still weirds me out sometimes when i think about it, but i know what you mean.

And definitely yay for Patti, she is a real trooper

Patti is her mother's maiden name.
It's not short for anything.. which is a pretty interesting fact.

So am I. They look really awkward. I'm proud of her and Michael for keeping the show going and not missing a beat. You can really see the support there.
