Phantom 10,000's performance?

I am trying to get tickets for Phantom's 10,000's performance but Telecharge isn't selling tickets for the matinee on February 10th 2012.
Will tickets open up closer to the date? Or will this performance be invite only?

It's the Actor's Fund performance so I don't know if that has to do with anything with the sales.

The actual date is the Sat. Feb. 11th matinee that POTO will perform the 10,000 performance (barring any catastrophies or electrical blackouts before that date). And tickets appear to be NOT on sale to the public.

Wonder if Phantom on Broadway will do its own 25th anniversary celebration in January 2013? Given its the longest running musical on Broadway, it would be interesting whether anything happen other than speeches and a cake.
