Absolutely, because he could have totally stopped and rewound the recording with his mind and there would have been no issues whatsoever... [/sarcasm]

While I adore Hugh in the role, he's not the current Phantom, wasn't the Phantom on Jan. 9th, and would have had the same problem as Howard.
