Ugh, this is too hard. It is too dated!

Any recording of her singing I'M NOT ALONE. I can't imagine anyone not trying to hide her British accent, dazzled by the flying brushes not singing this song.

I'm genuinely curious, are most musical theater woman just plump or does Ben S. have a bad camera? How is there such a prevalence of overweight actresses in the theater community? I realize I'm jaded due to my line of work but seriously.

Melissa Errico fan now I KNOW you're some freak with an agenda and need a hearing aid as well as glasses. Orfeh's skinny and has always been. Oh but wait, you should know that shouldn't you, as someone who knows absolutely everything about Orfeh there is to know and has seen her in EVERYTHING she's done in spite of how pitchy and whiney she is would know she was miserably padded in Fever. From the SNF fat suit to the hippie rags in Janis, I don't think we've really seen Orfeh's body in a show... However, she always looks great at benefits and in photo ops. Can't wait to see her pole dancing!

Sara Gettelfinger and Celia are not fat by any stretch of the imagination, Al... however, you are correct--there are a lot of chubby arms going on here!

Jamie McG, was "Romance/Romance" really a flop?! What were the qualifications here? I don't know how much money it lost, but I know it was verrry cheap to produce and ran eight months, which back in the 80s could make something profitable. Updated On: 8/8/05 at 04:43 PM

I did say "most". And I noticed that Melissa Errico had NO comeback to your ever so brilliant "observation" of how impossible it would have been to see Orfeh in all she said she had. I'm surprised she didn't claim to have driven to Philly for her awful and pitchy and screechy performance in Me and Mrs. Jones. Your a pip Melissa :)

Well, one only has to take one look at those pictures from "The Great American Trailer Park Musical" (or whatever it's called)...didn't notice any fat suits there, but I did notice a sizeable gut.

Um then you really need to go to your nearest vision center. What happened bt you two? Did she upstage you in one of the MANY shows you mentioned. And on the Broadway.com photo-op she's far and away the thinnest gal. But you'd have to not be legally blind to know that. But please keep em comin, I needed a good laugh today and you're truly funny in your anger and spite. It's palpable.

I'm totally unbiased in either way when it comes to Orfeh, but I will say, she is NOT thin. "Zaftig" is what I'd call her.

I have no bias either, having never seen nor heard her perform, but in those Trailer Park pics, her arms are as big as mine, and I'm definitely "plus sized."

Al Dente, you're the person who brought up the issue of weight, so why jump down everyone else's throats when they jump on the same bandwagon? You're awfully sensitive when it comes to Orfeh - are you her husband?

You need to check your meds. If this is a pissing contest, I wouldn't want to get in to it with as big a a skunk as I Oh and speaking of Vanilla...

Here's the deal, you can dislike and I can dislike anyone we choose but to come up with complete fiction to "justify" why you dislike that person, like for instance, saying someone with one of the richest alto's sounds screechy, or that said person who's probably all of 100 pounds, is fat, or that you've seen them in things it would have most likely been impossible to have seen them in, just makes you a liar not someone with an opinion. See the difference? I am no big fan of Cheno's but I would never, for instance, call her a "big boned, tall girl, who looked old for her age". That, is exactly what you're doing. But you clearly have some serious rage towards Orfeh, so I won't hit your trigger buttons anymore. I'll give you a break. You seem too overwrought, as it is.
