my clarinet professor is principal in the opera house orchestra....he told me he's absolutely "riveted."
possibly replace riveted with another adjective...

Ah, I was thinking 'riveted' being replaced by 'screwed,' seeing as they're technically synonyms, if you think about it.
And I actually really like some Andrew Lloyd Webber music (or at least, the music that he steals for his shows!)

You didn't put her in the dress, the costume person did.
Their lack of pasties is the inappropriate part.

Shoshana's "attributes" were even more in evidence in person. Doesn't she know about band-aids? Liz didn't have that problem.
The concert was wonderfully done, orchestra tremendous and all the performers spot on. Shoshana had the most "underpowered" vocals, but it might have been a mic problem. David Josefsberg had the best performance of the evening, IMHO.
There was an annoying teen next to us who, despite repeated requests by us to stop, was snapping away photos during Act One with her cell phone. So we called an usher on her. Boy, was she read the riot act! It was great. She sat with her arms folded during the entire second act.
