Posted: 7/9/07 at 6:52pmAnyone familar with the views this theatre has to offer? Would like to go, but can't break the bank right now, how far back is too far for this venue? This is Roosevelt University's theatre.

Posted: 7/9/07 at 8:18pmI've never been to the Auditorium Theatre before. Usually F's a good row, but people are talking about how big the theatre is, so I'd imagine that the normal rules don't apply. Hence why I asked.

Posted: 7/9/07 at 8:30pmPersonally I always buy the cheapest ticket and move down. There is never anyone checking tickets after the door. I bought $15 or $20 tickets for Little Shop and just chose the seat I liked.

Hey guys!! I just got this email from the Auditorium Theatre:
Hello,
The Light in the Piazza will be at the Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University July 10-22, 2007. Student rush tickets will go on sale one hour before the show starting tomorrow, July 10. Students must go in person to the Auditorium Theatre Box Office, located at 50 E. Congress Parkway. Only one ticket per valid college ID will be issued. All tickets and seating are subject to availability.
Student Rush prices are:
$35 balcony seats on Sunday matinée performances.
$30 balcony seats on Friday evening and Saturday matinée performances.
$20 balcony seats on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday evening performances.

the only time i was there, i sat in Orch U, and it was OK... don't know how much farther is ok, though...
-rush is only with COLLEGE ID?!?! what about us poor high school students?
