Has anyone caught this? Thinking about buying tickets, after hearing such great reviews from the pro-critics.
I'm going to see it next week. The great response has definitely got me curious.

So has anyone actually seen this? It's transferring to off-Broadway and I definitely want to try to fit it in.

I saw it. I can't say I really "get" all of the rave reviews, but it's interesting, and I think worth seeing.
I saw it. I thought it was a little long, but overall it's definitely worth seeing. The acting is terrific and the story/sentiments seem genuine. One person was credited with writing it, but I got the sense that it was ensemble created.
Just a warning in case anyone is bringing their grandmother, the play has quite a bit of nudity.
I highly recommend checking it out.
I also saw it and really enjoyed it. I mentioned in another thread that I thought the third act was a little forced and found two of the performers not to be quite at the (very high) level of their castmates. That said, the playwright and director seem to have a tremendous amount of affection for the characters which makes it very easy to be pulled in. Parts of the show are uncomfortable, parts are very funny. And in the end, I found myself surprisingly moved.
And yes, the nudity is sustained and explicit. It's perfect in context, but if anyone is going to be made uncomfortable by nakedness in a show, this is the one.
