So Im going to new york labor day weekend. My tentative show schedule is in my signature but I only have tickets so far for two of the shows (SA and Gypsy). I was thinking about maybe trying on thursday night to go to seth's chatterbox and still catching a show. Is this a doable task? Im not really familiar with where the chatterbox is held and am wondering how far it is from most of the theatres. Im thinking maybe doing like the chatterbox and Xanadu. Any advice is appreciated.

Chatterbox starts at 6 and is usually an hour (or a little more). If Seth can star in the Ritz and make it to shows on time after Chatterbox I'm sure you can too *s*

While I've never gone to a show after Chatterbox I know people who have without a problem.

I also think you will have time to make it to a show. Your list looks great! If I could give you one suggestion, on your 8/30 matinee it looks like you are deciding between In The Heights or A Catered Affair, and I would definitely go with In The Heights! You won't be disappointed. Have a great trip!

You should be fine. I did Seth's Chatterbox and a show. I even stayed a bit after the show and chatted with Seth and one of his guests (Sara Saltzberg) and made it to my show on time. I was close to the theater I was going to but if you leave shortly after Chatterbox, you will be fine. Don't Tell Mama's is on West 46th between 8th & 9th. Here is a map that may help you navigate around the theater district!
