Just received an email from Playwrights Horizons saying that they are mandating a booster for all employees and audiences.
They won't begin enforcing it until a couple weeks into their upcoming run of "Tambo and Bones," presumably because it would've been too short notice otherwise.
It might lose them money, but if they think they can weather it, then I'm all for it. I'd definitely feel more safe knowing audience members around me are boosted.
I think they are only the 2nd major performance institution to make this change, right? After the MET? Or are there others that I missed?
