Anyone who has ANY idea of what a 13 yrs old alto should sing, PLEASE give me some ideas. I desprately need them before I leave for camp. I have no idea. Your expressed thoughts would be greatly apriciated. Thanks.
Question that will be asked are:
For what do you need this? audition, etc.
Solo, duet, etc?
Etc?

Do you have a keyboard? Or some sort of pitch reference near you? If so, try and find out your most COMFORTABLE low note and most comfortable high note.
Let me put an emphasis on COMFORTABLE.
This is from your other thread.

i juss really need some ideas cuz i dont kno. i dont kno how to find out how to find my range, i wish i could. but i can say that i can hit"blind" note in On My Own. but thats all i kno.
Again. Are you singing with the recording? Does it feel tense or comfy? That "blind" note is a B natural. If it's comfy, you'll probably have no problem singing the song (the highest note in the song is a C, but that's near the end, and I doubt they'll have you sing the entire song.)

Sorry, that's only a couple. With your age and a small idea of what your range is, it's hard to tell. Those are Mezzo-belter songs, but I think you can reach 'em. Otherwise, stick with On My Own.
