Course! but it would be easier if someone helped explain they're actions so i could better understand the mood whats going on.. Today Show.. alright.. but if anyone wants to [ost some exact MOVEMENTS feel free! thanks for the help!

Posted: 10/12/04 at 5:49pmPopular is a very visual song in my opinion - I don't think it would be that challenging to come up with something appealing to your director without ripping off everything from Kristin Chenoweth or JLT!

JLT's Popular was quite possibly one of the funniest, but at the same time cutest, things I have ever seen in my life.
Try the Today Show clip. Kristin was really good in that.

Posted: 10/12/04 at 5:53pmNot trying to rip them off. Its not even about the actresses themselves it's much more about stage pressence and I'd like to learn from the best. ANYway,Swankified089 the preformance is appearing in a giant Holiday Festival and we're going on a Roadshow with it. Our theme is Thoroughly Modern Musicals. I know there's a bed and I have preformed it before and it didn't work out too great. If it'll make it easier how about some Elphaba expression pointers?

I'm not trying to say that you are trying to steal from them - I just think that generally, broadway stuff should be left to broadway stuff, while we put our own spins on things

Posted: 10/12/04 at 6:00pmToo True, Too True. I'm just trying to get someone to describe they're appearances and expressions why does this have to be so difficult? I have every intention on making it my own. I've been doing this for quite a long time and it helps if i know what the characters are feeling and their movments enhance the way I interpret the specifics of what they're going through at that moment.. So, once again, if anyone would like to write a note on a specific movement on a specific phrase PLEASE do so!

Ah sorry! I totally dind't read everything I was supposed to.
I always thought Idina reacted so strangely during popular...she would laugh. If someone said that to me I would be offended!
