Sounds great! But we still don't know if it's real...but it sounds pretty authentic.

That's what I was thinking. This is going to be along the lines of Hairspray and Grease. It won't be extremely close to the play, but it will be good.

Burton did say something along the lines that 70% of the movie is singing, so I wouldn't be surprised if almost all of the songs are there. They might be shortened, but I think most of the score will be intact.

Yeah I think that either Burton or Sondheim said in an interview that most of the score was intact but a lot of the cuts are within the songs themselves

Just because these clips are in the trailer there is of no way knowing it makes the final movie cut. I have seen plenty of trailers with tons of stuff in them that don't make the film.

It's more than a grain of salt - it's the salt shaker. This is legit. Trailer will debut on TV followed by online/movie theatre release. End of September.

Sounds intriguing.

I think it's interesting that there doesn't seem to be any Pirelli shots at all, considering the "hotness" of Sacha Baron Cohen at the moment.

...except for his arm sticking out of the trunk, that is.

I would think they'd want to let people know he's in the movie.
