any cast info? gee, there are so many options in my mind.
Dude, your subject says "Prince"... I freaked out that it was Hal Prince.
But I love Lonny too.

Yeah, that was very disappointing, I too thought it was Hal Prince.
I wonder who'll be part of the cast.
I hope they record this. I've been dying to get a new Camelot recording. The OBC is still pretty fantastic and still sounds pretty good by todays standards, but I'm ready for a newer sounding recording. I wish they'd record one with Lou Diamond Phillis and the current tour cast. Those four demo tracks are just teasing me.
I have an inkling that Richard Muenz will sign-on as Lancelot ... He's done it so many times already. Hee! Plus, he's one of my favorite voices. Nevermind the fact that he's 'aged' - It *is* a concert after all...

I wonder if they'll use the new updated book by Michael Learner or does McCoy/Rigby own the rights exclusively? Or will Price make his own edits as he did with Sweeney Todd and Candide?

Ooh, ooh, ooh. It HAS to be Rachel York as Guenevere! She was stupendous in the McCoy-Rigby tour!!!
I wouldn't mind hearing James Barbour sing "If Ever I Would Leave You" again, either.
But can we please have an Arthur who can sing? Please?

IF we're dreaming, can it be a boyish Arthur? He's not Guinvere's Dad he's her husband. Arthur would have been 40 tops.
Matt Bogart is another popular Lancelot, as he seems to play that role often. Perhaps they'll get him.
I would love for Carolee Carmello to play Guinevere opposite her husband, Greg Edelman.

He also made edits with Passion. He juxtaposed the hospital scene with Giorgio and the Doctor with the Transition to the train station.

I love Carolee, but I'm not a huge fan of Greg. How about Marin and Jason?
I MUST audition for this...
How about....
Arthur: Brian F. O'Byrne, Liev Schreiber, Marc Kudisch
Guinevere: Laura Benanti
Lancelot: Steven Pasquale
The reason I think Brian F. O'Byrne and Liev Schreiber would work is because they are great actors with commanding stage presence and are relatively young. The only concern I have for either of them is if they will be able to perform the musical comedy aspect of the role. Then, I guess my next choice would be the commanding, romantic, and funny Marc Kudisch (I would have suggested Brent Barret, but he's a little too old for my taste).

I'd be interested to know what those changes are. Anyone know?
Also, does anyone else think this show really needs to be fully staged to be enjoyed? I do.
