Posted: 8/14/05 at 12:17amAs an avid lover of theater and music (hence, my name), I am very fortunate that my job in the promotions department of a major national retailer requires me to see new musicals for possible promotional/merchandise tie-ins with our stores. I went to see Princesses and am happy to say that it is a very cute show that will definitely please a large youthful female audience base. The pop score and teen-orientated story hits its audience's "sweet spot" with bullseye accuracy. Bravo!

My thoughts exactly, Loud.

Loved it at Goodspeed!
I think this show plays great for everyone - whether you are now, have ever been, or have ever known a teenaged girl - it rings the bell.
A fun pop, and great old-fashioned musical comedy score interweave in a way I've never seen before - there's really something for everyone to go out singing. Can't wait for the cast album - the downloads on the site don't do it justice!
