I was in the city handing out flyers for it today.... a bunch of people took them, mainly tourists. And i left a bunch at the TKTS table.

So Rehearsal last night.. I'm tired but it was well worth it. Its going to be an amazing show.

Why hasn't this been bumped yet??

Very disappointed in all of you...

Anyway, just got back. The show was great and it was for a really good cause. Foreseeing luvWicked's post, I will agree, Lisa WAS amazing. Trying not to be too biased, Scott Alan was excellent, too, even if he did crack.

Hmmm, Jenna was really good. Adam and Natalie sang "A Whole New World" which they made really funny. Everybody was seriously really good.

Foreseeing Mattio's post....here's my sorry attempt at a set list:

-Some guy I think sang the first song...

OK I give up, I'll write what I remember:
- Eddie Varley and Julie Garnye opened Act 2 with "Suddenly Seymore" (Good job Eddie and Julie, who will never see this, but nevertheless...)

...you know what, screw it.
Good jobs all around, I suck at song-listing.

Good job Sabrina!!

EDIT:
- OOH! Jenna Leigh Green sang "Come To Your Senses"
- Uhhh....Lisa sang "Flight"
- Some guy sang "You Oughta Know" (Yeah, the Alanis song)
- Somebody else sang a really dirty song about a gerbil, then later a song about being a stalker

OMG.... amazing. I don't know what else to say. I finally met Lori Ann, and Sabrina, and Eddie and they are all amazing. It was an awesome turnout for a really great cause.

Moving onto performances...I'm just going to talk about Lisa, because i want and I can

SHE ROCKS!!! She sang "flight" most beautiful song, ever! She blew me away... she blew everyone away cause that's just what she does, all the time! Ahh....love her.

I'm still going a little crazy right now... some of you know why (AndyF) So i'll write more later.

It was a great night! I was very touched by Lori Ann Strunk's speech about her family and think everyone is just wonderful for coming together last night.

I just wanted to thank everyone who came last night.
It was an amazing night.. Not only performance wise.. but the spirit of the night in general.
When Lori asked me to help her put together this show.. I was like of course.. Then she was like we have 3 weeks.. I was a little worried.
But I sent out an email to the talented people that I knew. I never expected the amazing response that I got.
You forget sometimes what a truly fabulous community New York and Broadway are. And it touched my heart when everyone jumped on board to help out.
