Question About Ragtime!!

The song "Show Biz" was on the highlights cd recorded in Toronto but is not on the complete recording that was done after it opened on Broadway. Did the song get cut before it got to Broadway?

I've heard it was in the Broadway version but cut from some of the tour stops due to technical restrictions.

The song was cut prior to Broadway, but it may have shown up during previews.

Not only was it cut before Broadway, it didn't even last in Toronto. Whe I saw the show there, about three months after it opened, Houdini and Evelyn sang a song called "I Got a Feeling" - same basic idea, about how the world was changing so fast and they were no longer relevant.
