Question About Sondheim Segment of Forbidden Broadway

What is the tune for the first few lines in the segment? These are the lines that read:

I'm Stephen Sondheim, and I'm really hep
Celebrities love Sondheim - including Johnny Depp
The people all know what they like and they like what they know
And so my classic musicals are SRO
When they come back to life

I don't have the FB: Goes to Rehab CD and it's obviously been a while since I saw it. I just read these lines in the new FB book and couldn't recall which song is used for these lyrics.

It's "Putting it Together" from SUNDAY. Their parody is called "Putting Up Revivals".

I know it's "Putting It Together" once the actor starts singing "Hit by hit/Putting up revivals." I'm just not sure if those first five lines are from that same song or even that same score. What part of "Putting It Together" are those five lines using?
