Sorry for the new Rent post, but I just got the Rent score from a friend and I have a question. On Today For You B (when Angel starts singing) why does it say pre-record? Thanks
Perhaps he lipsyncs that part? If "pre-recorded" is noted on the vocals, I would assume that's what it means...
I don't have the score but I believe that "Today 4 U B" is actually when the harps start and Angel walks out. Also, "Today 4 U" and "Contact" both use pre-recorded music, that's why it says "pre record"
Thanks thejcm. Yes, Today For You B is when the harps start playing and Angel walks out.

I assume it's pre-recorded because the keyboard/synth parts are just too complicated for one musician to play live.
