I want to rush either show and I'm going down to the city around 6:00ish...so I'll be at the theater at 6:45ish...do you think either show will have rush seats left? Which one will I have a better chance with?

Seagull should still have tickets, not sure about Speed-the-Plow, it would be more popular than Seagull, but it will have been on sale for a shorter period of time.
So short answer, you've got a good shot.
