Question about Telecharge survey

I have received a few surveys from Telecharge recently. The first two were about possible new shows. The latest was about an existing musical which has run on Broadway for some time now. So I was wondering what was the point of the survey? If the show is in trouble, at this point they aren't going to make any changes to it. Was the point simply to entice me to go? Just wondering.

They would be doing do at the request of producers.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
