Question about a line from "Hairspray"

Hey there. I have a question I've been wondering about for a really long time now...I've just forgotten about it b/c I haven't listened to "Hairspray" in so long..or at least, not that song. It resurfaced tonight at the theatre. :-/
Anywhoo, my million-dollar question(Sorry that it's so lame and random):
In the song "It Takes Two," Link is mentioning all of the famous couples and he sings, "Liz, well, she has her dick." Is this just some random person being thrown into the song? There's no Liz in the cast.
Sorry for the uber-random question. There's probably no answer, but it's just something that I've always been curious about.

Okay, thanks. I was always confused because it went from talking to people to just about that. Let's just say that I took the word 'dick' in a completely different direction ^^;;;
Thanks very much to everyone who responded!
Now it won't bug me anymore!!

uh...
Elizabeth Taylor & Richard Burton met making the movie CLEOPATRA, which filmed endlessly throughout 1960/1961
the adulterous romance between "Liz & Dick" (as they were called) was a tablolid sensation throughout this period
