Question on Transferring LincTix

If anyone has had luck transferring a LincTix ticket to another LincTix member, could you PM me? I have a question.

You just call Telecharge with their LincTix number and will be fine.

Did they change their policy? From the website, I'm not sure you can still transfer tickets to another Linctix member. I have a ticket to Into the Green and I'd like to do something else that night. Ideally I'd like to just exchange tickets for another night but the website explicitly says no exchanges. Does anyone have recent experience with this?

I’m not sure if you can exchange dates. I did exchange LincTix for My Fair Lady last year but I called within minutes of making the purchase, realizing I purchased for the wrong date.

I was able to exchange at the box office for mockingbird this past January. Took a few minutes but no problem.
