R&H's Cinderella Movie Adaptation

I was thinking with the critical & financial success of Disney's live-action Cinderella and the recent financial success of Beauty and the Beast, it would be cool if Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella got a film adaptation. It could be based on the Broadway revival, or even an expanded new script that allows it to be a 2-hour movie musical period fantasy romance drama, much like the other two pictures I mentioned (except Disney's Cinderella wasn't a musical).

Thoughts?

Nah, the 1997 version is the only filmed version I need. Kinda hard to top that cast!
