REMINDER: Stephanie J. Block's WICKED AUCTION: Closed!

Stephanie is auctioning off some of her personal WICKED items to raise money for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.

The auction begins April 1st at noon (west coast time) so sign up and bid if you're interested. The items are mostly just keepsake stuff, but there are a few select things that can actually be used as well. All are dated and autographed. If you're not interested that's cool... just posting this as a reminder for those who are.

I know there was another thread on this but I felt like the topic could use a fresh, positive start.

I'm bidding on the tissue she used to blow her nose with that got green makeup on it. Steph, I love you, but are we losing our mind a little bit here with this? You're not Hugh yet...give it time. Modesty and kindness (and lots of talent of course) got you this far. Why push it with this silliness and go over the top to show your charitable side? Whomever is advising you doesn't realize how dopey this appears. Just my two cents.

there are some REALLY cool things in there. I especially like the "Home is where you hang your broom" sign! I may need that.

Vincent, I just might have to bid on that used green make-up tissue you spoke of. I can black frame it and hang it in my Wicked bathroom...anything and everything is appropriate when you have loving fans. And, in years to come (as Stephanie becomes a large as life star as Hugh Jackman) the items you find disagreeable will have risen in value! Never under-estimate what people will buy. As others have said ..."one mans junk is another man's treasure"

I unfortunately never got to see her, as I have never even seen wicked yet (i'm supposed to in may), but I have seen clips of her on youtube.com and she is awesome. I hope the auction goes well for her! so sweet that she's doing it

"just an FYI...i BELIEVE that the blue pouch was what held Stephanie's valuables! each cast member gets one and before each show the stage manager goes around and collects them. money, jewelry..etc!
i wonder what goodies steph put in there!!

Andrea ~ you are right about the bag! I asked Stephanie about it and here is what she said to let you guys know:

The aqua zip-up pouch is a "valuables bag". To ensure that all valuables are safe while performers are onstage, the stage mangement will collect keys, wallets, jewlery, etc.. and lock them up in their office.
