I REALLY think Idina needs a new headshot. Her current one has WAY too much lighting, so she looks like she is washed out and has no nose.

yes they are thenardier but you took the pics directly from the ones i posted here. I can tell because i did a little retouching on joanne, mark an maureens pics and there showing up on the ones you posted.

Marquise: How do you get the color so perfect? Do you go to hue/saturation (control key u) and then colorize and go from there? I adore your use of color, it's never harsh or not flattering.
