Hello everyone! I just want to share something I saw just recently:
I was in Sephora today with my best friend looking at lipglosses. In my favorite makeup section of the store, Tarte, they have dual-color lipglosses named after famous couples in books and movies (ex. Gastby and Daisy from The Great Gatsby, Jack and Rose from Titanic, etc.) I noticed they had a new one that was a shimmery gold/siver dual-color lipgloss and guess what it was called?
Roger and Mimi

YAY, but I don't like the color. C'est la vie.

thats awesome I need to get that hahah
You get what you pay for.
Why is the Roger and Mimi lipgloss gold and...gold? I don't see the significance. It's neat, but would be better if it wasn't 20 dollar lip gloss.

I'm still trying to figure out why Bogey & Bacall are sparkly magenta and lilac pink. These people have obviously never seen To Have and Have Not or The Big Sleep.
It's supposed to be gold and silver, i think, lol. Thats the color lipgloss I used to wear in like grade 8. I want it though because it's Roger & Mimi.
yay i'm going to the mall today..i'll check it out :)

You are a marketer's dream :)
Not a big fan of the gold color but that's still cool that its named after Mimi and Roger. Don't have 20 bucks though.....
I would buy it if it were remotely a color I would wear, I just don't do gold lip gloss. Why did they rename Carrie and Big? *protests* Psssssh...Philosophy and Nars are better in my book. Just name something after a RENT character and Marlene will buy it.
