Yeah, that's kind of old news, it's been in the works for several months. I like how they neglected to mention Dominique Roy who was probably in the Broadway cast longer than any of the others, in addition to being the only one who left the Neder to join this cast. And wow, couldn't they have found a more flattering picture of Jeremy? Yikes, he looks like Jack Osborne in that photo.

I am surprised at the "old news" comment. Yes something this big isnt just thrown together at the last moment but the tour hasnt even started and the post sounds like it already over.

This tour promises to bring RENT to more new people than anything else has. The geo-political expansion of China has been phenominal in recent years and I am surprised that more isnt being said about the tour.

Well, it may not be old news on BWW but it's been posted about frequently on every Rent-related site I visit. That was the point of my comment. As to whether it will bring Rent to more people than anything else has, how do you figure that? Rent has been touring North America for eight years, it's had productions in dozens of other countries since it started in '96. For this tour to reach even more people than Rent already has, it's going to have to run for years.
