RENT tour assistance requested

will purchasing tickets for the Des Moines Civic Center show as soon as they are on sale. I was hoping to get in contact with a memeber of the cast or production crew because I would love to set up some sort of arrangement with one of them because I want to make a very special proposal to my girlfriend at the show. If anyone can assist me with being able to contact someone from the tour I would greatly appreciate it. I want the proposal to be very unique and would love to have something that will knock her socks off. I know it is a long shot to get it done like this but I have to try. I can't contact them on myspace or facebook. I can't find a link to contact them on the website. I am truly in need of some sort of assistance. Thank you very much.

Why don't you try contacting someone at the Civic Center? At the very least, they can (hopefully) give you a contact.

Also, maybe someone has a Playbill from a past show on the tour. Unfortunately I don't, but they have names of the crew/producers and some of the companies you can contact.

Michael McGoff is the production stage manager.

Trinity Wheeler is the stage manager.

I have tried contacting both of those individuals (There are several Michael McGoffs and all have come back as not him) (there was only one Trinity Wheeler and it wasn't her). Any other ideas?

I am still waiting to hear from the Civic center here but unsure on when that will happen.

The Public relations manager at the theater is a good person to go through. That's who I deal with here to get interviews, etc.
