Wow, I hope that's true. I've been waiting for some kind of group interview that was longer than a minute and a half. I think they could be a lot of fun all together.
That is disappointing about the covers - maybe there are more pictures inside.
Yay! Of course, now I have to drag myself out of bed in time for The View...should be interesting.
By the way, I saw the last thirty-five minutes of Daily Download and didn't see anything about Rent - anyone catch the beginning?
I recorded Daily Download, but I haven't watched it yet. I'll report back as soon as everyone goes to sleep and I get the TV. My brother said when he flipped by it eariler they werre talking about Rent, so yay!
Aside from some retarded questions, the interview was pretty good. Adam, Anthony, Tracie and Wilson were there, and they told some cute stories. (Anthony almost beating Adam up, Taye playing jokes on people) They showed the clip from right before La Vie Boheme, which was great to see all big on my TV. Fun times.

I aw Daily Download today. It was Wilson, Adam, Anthony, and Tracie. It wasa cute interview. I also saw footage from the premiere on AH and E! News live. The one on E! had a really cute clip of Taye and Idina. Did anybody else see that? Oh, RENT was also featured on the E special: 21 Hottest Holiday movies, as was the Producers.
awwwwwwww. Mandi, can you elaborate a little on those stories?
Like, a transcript?

Haha. That was my favorite part of the interview. Anthony and Adam's one rommate squabble. I also loved Wilson saying he plays Roger now, but no one in the audience got the joke. Tracie was cute, too. I loved her story about Taye.
Yeah, the FUSE people aren't that bright.
But um...Anthony and Adam were roomies in San Francisco, and they got in a fight over the bathroom one morning. Anthony was taking a shower, and Adam was getting pissed and started pounding on the door, and I'm guessing Anthony got pissed too and almost beat him up.
Then, I know I've heard the story about Taye before, but how he was completely over acting during the funeral scene to mess with Chris. It was just too funny seeing the 4 of them act out what Taye was doing though.
If I had the proper stuff, I'd put this up on the net, because it really was a fun interview.

* PARADISE NOW with Kais Nashef and Hiam Abbass
* THE WAR WITHIN with Charles David Sandoval
* CAPE OF GOOD HOPE with Debbie Brown
* ELLIE PARKER with Naomi Watts and Chevy Chase
* FINDING HOME with Genevieve Bujold and Louise Fletcher
Adam and Anthony fighting over the bathroom? Oh my god, that's too funny!
I wish someone would put it online! *hint*
hahahaha. That's great.
HOWEVER, I don't think Anthony would win. Not against those arms!
The Taye funeral scene story cracks me up EVERY TIME.
So I was just watching Today in New York....the cast of RENT will be taping their performance this morning on the ELlen show at Fulton Landing at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge. From what I could see they already have quite a crowd gathered there.
It's not even forty degrees; good God!

Just saw that RENT will be on REEL TALK next week...
On Saturday (11/26) on NBC at 10am (for those in NY).
I'm trying to decide if I wanna drag my butt back into Manhattan and try to get a stand-by ticket for The View next Friday...i'd have to get there wicked early, I'm not sure if i'd rather sleep in and se it on tv lol
Is there a link for that Fuse interview?
You should double check on that. I'm not sure if they're live on Friday's. They didn't used to be, but that could've changed. They used to tape their Friday show on Wednesday or Thursday. Plus, it's the Friday after Thanksgiving.

from abc's website:
"The show airs LIVE Monday - Friday from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. Ticket holders must arrive at the studio at 320 West 66th Street by 9:30 a.m. SHARP. We operate on a first come, first served basis, as ticket distribution may be in excess of studio capacity"
Thanks for the warninbg though, it would have sucked if I went all that way for nothing lol

Do you think they are still live seeing it'll be the day after Thanksgiving? I'm not sure if they do that or not. Updated On: 11/19/05 at 12:51 PM
i was watching channel 23 MSNBC i think and they were discussing movies. It'll be on again later if you wanna watch its an hour show but it only talks about rent in the last 20 minutes.
Do you know what time it's on later? (I don't even think I get that channel, but I'll check.)
I was also thinking about trying to go the view taping. What time do you think we'd have to get there to have a chance and how do we find out if they're taping it live this Friday?
I'll try to look for a phone number on the website I guess.
FYIO for the View. I am 98% they are pre-taping the interview because tv shows have next week off for holidays. Last year when Rosario was promoting Alexander they did a full cast interview on The View (same day I even want to say) and they had pre-taped it almost a week prior because of Thanksgiving
If you search for 'Ellen DeGeneres Arrives At Fulton Ferry Landing' on Getty, there are some cute pictures of the entire cast.
(And if you search for Anthony Rapp 3 adorable pictures of him and Rosario pop up...not that I was searching for Anthony and stumbled across the Ellen pictures...)
