R.I.P. Marilyn, and what joy it is watching her talk about her work and career.

Sadly, it’s one heck of a week for Barbra Streisand: her WHAT’S UP, DOC? director Peter Bogdanovich, her First Artists co-founder Sidney Poitier, now Bergman.

Marilyn along with her husband Alan had a incredible.  While they're most famous for films and pop recordings they wrote multiple TV theme songs including those for Alice, Maude and Good Times.  I haven't seen it mentioned but they wtote lyrics for 2 Broadway musicals including the Tony Award winning Ballroom which has one of my favorite lesser known songs. Fifty Percent.
