Anyone from the board going?  I saw the first performance last Friday, and am going again tonight.  There are a couple of standout performances (though I knew they'd be good), and a couple of questionable ones.  I wanted to see how much they've settled into their roles after a week of performances before I comment further.

Hey Dottie! Did your colleagues enjoy the cake even though your cat decided to sit on it? ~GuyfromGermany

I plan on going at some point during the run but I haven't attended yet. Looking forward to seeing it, saw Come from away at the Ford as well

Just got back from the 2pm performance --- thought it was an incredible production !! Wasn't crazy about Nova Payton's Sarah, but Kevin McAllister is an amazing Coalhouse, and JoNathan Atkinson shines as Tateh !! Was able to get $18 tix at the last minute, so really happy camper right now !!

I saw it last week and I was deeply moved by this production. It's maybe my favorite production I've ever seen at Ford's (and I visit D.C. and see shows around the city extremely often). I also wasn't a big fan of Nova Payton's Sarah, but thought everybody else was wonderful. McAllister's "Make Them Hear You" brought down the house. The production elements are top-notch, and this cast is extremely well-sung.

Go see it if you can.

What's the likelihood of a transfer, is it over .99%. I think ragtime deserves another revival on Broadway.

Saw Kevin McAllister play Coalhouse at Toby's Dinner Theatre in 2015 and he was terrific in the role then. Definitely a talent to watch!

Also saw this production last week and thought it was amazing. I have seen Ragtime before (through tours and such) and thought this was top notch. I would recommend seeing it while it lasts - it's not likely to transfer like Come From Away.

Any decent discounts for this? I've been looking, but I haven't been able to find anything other than rear balcony, which is not a great view in that theater, for less than $50.
