It's always been in the show, though some community and school productions might cut it to make it seem like the movie.
I think it's a wonderful song, as is "No Way to Stop It"

This is solely for the people who stated "I never heard it":
"Bring on the Men"-Jekyll and Hyde. Eh, it's an okay song but "Good 'N Evil" works better.
"10 Percent"- Great song and was probably a showstopper in the show, but probably drew to much focus away from the plot.
"The Beggar Woman's Lullaby"-I love it. It's so gorgeous and gives the actress playing the Beggar Woman some good material. Shame it was cut. Although, it was put back into the London version.
