I'd give last season a 10/10. There were so many great shows, in each of the 4 Tony categories. Many of the shows were either underrated or overrated, but many were still incredible. Personal highlights include: Hamilton, She Loves Me, The Color Purple, Spring Awakening, Bright Star, A View From the Bridge, Blackbird, The Humans and King Charles III.
This season, a solid 7.5 out of 10, mostly for play reasons and disappointments across the board. Shows like The Glass Menagerie and Amelie just fell flat for me. Personal highlights were: Dear Evan Hansen, Falsettos, Sunset Blvd, Sunday In The Park, Miss Saigon. I haven't enjoyed any of the plays enough to call them favorites, and also haven't seen Dolly! yet
