COMPANY! Wow. I think this thread needs to focus more on two main things that make this production truly stellar. Marianne Elliott truly has a different and unique vision for the show. There was never a moment where I questioned any of the changes from “Bobby” to “Bobbie”. In fact, some sections like “Not Getting Married” and “Barcelona” are easily the best they’ve ever been. Y'all got to realize that a lot of these things are INTENTIONALLY uncomfortable and are supposed to make the audience feel uneasy. They are depictions of imperfect human beings. The world is not so nice all the time, and it has only improved to the place we are at now. We need the reality of the past to inform us on the future.

A good amount of actors, including Glenn Close this past spring, have not come out to sign at the stage door at all during collection time.

I honestly thought Euan Morton was great as George, by far the most realistic choice to play KGIII yet. He has to work for the audience's approval, compared to the previous actors in the role so far who have all been well known. Daniel Breaker is literally INCREDIBLE as Burr. He is less physically and presence wise then Odom, Dixon and Henry, naturally, and this works so well for the part. You can clearly see in his portrayal how Hamilton would be easily more likable and popular than him. Yet...
