Way back when, when this movie first came out, I thought yeah! they could make this into a musical. But with all the Disney crap-pola there now all I can say is "Please for the love of God DON'T!
Thank you for letting me vent. I feel much better.

"All I ask of you is one thing: please don't be cynical. I hate cynicism -- it's my least favorite quality and it doesn't lead anywhere. Nobody in life gets exactly what they thought they were going to get. But if you work really hard and you're kind, amazing things will happen."

I have to say that your carpet casting is brilliant.

"Tarzan"
Tarzan-Matthew Morrison
Jane-Nicole Kidman, Catherine Zeta Jones
not familiar with rest of characters...I think Gavin and Matt should switch leads on this one
"The Little Mermaid"
Ariel-Sutton Foster or Kerry Butler, Susan Egan, whoever did the Arial singing voice for the movie
Prince Eric- Gavin Creel, David Elder
Ursula- can't think
King Triton- can't think
Sebastion- some Jamaican guy
Grimsby- who? was he the skinny old guy with the ponytail at the castle, lol - Dick Latessa

Horrible. Idina is the only Jasmine and Norbert or Adam should be Aladdin. Joel Grey as the Genie and Randy Harrison as Abu.

Sorry Matt_G but Adam Fleming does have the hair. And Christy Carlson Romano is spunky like Jasmine. And if Alan Menken consents he might put "To Be Free" the solo for Jasmine at California Adventure's version of the show.

You know how I feel. I don't see anything unless there are people from Wicked or Rent in it.

Adam Fleming is an INCREIBLY talented young man who has appeared on Broadway as Sketch and a Link Larkin cover in Hairspray. He was most recently seen as Lucas in BARE, where he also understudied Jason and Matt. Prior to these, he was seen as Eddie in the first national of Mamma Mia and off-Broadway as Ack-Ack in Starmites 2001. His regional credits include Pippin (Lewis), Music Man (Tommy Djilas), and Joseph and the Amazing.. (Pharaoh). He also sand at XL's Twisted Cabaret Monday.
Adam is a HIGHLY underrated performer. He would be a WONDERFUL Aladdin. Though I see Jessica Grove as Jasmine and Chris Sieber as Genie.

mario Cantone would be a RIOT as Iago, though I doubt he'd do it since he turned down Timon in The Lion King

just because a person has an album doesn't mean they can sing. And just because she did Beauty and The beast DOESN'T mean she was any good
