#1Rear Mezz View at the Broadway Theatre?
Posted: 7/24/12 at 7:48pmI'm planning on going to see Sister Act and I was wondering what the view is like from rows A-J in the rear mezzanine? If it's not good what would you recommend doing other than student rush or lotto? Thanks in advance!

Posted: 7/24/12 at 8:27pmI was in the rear mezz for Shrek (TDF), and the view was horrible. It's a very long mezzanine, and it's quite far from the stage. I'd recommend getting front mezz seats, if that's an option. Try TKTS?

The actors are a mile away and it's also freezing cold back there (and I absolutely love the cold, but even I was in a jacket for most of the show--in June). I've heard the seats for the lotto ush are good, though, even though I know you're trying to avoid that.

Posted: 7/24/12 at 11:05pmI saw the show 2 weeks ago and got tickets from TDF for row C of the rear mezzanine and it was a great view. Before the show, the usher gave the following speech: “Ok, after the intermission, the rest of the seats are fair game, but if you love Jesus, please don’t go into the boxes." I moved up to the last row of the front mezzanine after intermission, and the view was even better, so don’t worry about having to move up.
