the DVD will be released in October and there are no plans to release an actual soundtrack, but with the DVD various people will be able to put the songs on CD for you... I also suggest getting the LA cast recording for the songs that aren't in the movie like "Dead Old Man" which is my favorite song and all the various other songs that were cut including "Jimmy On the Lam", "The Monkey Song", "Lullabye", "The Trial" and "We Know Best"... it's an awesome CD...
