ifyouwerentgay, I did, indeed, eventually see the show as even my most vocal enemies here would tell you and its only slight saving graces were a few witty moments of direction (Thing w/ the curtain, the Squid, the way the stairs split and rearranged) but since you have it out for me I'm sure you would rather assume I didn't and be your usual catty/stupid self. It is what it is. I guess I'll throw you in the DO NOT REPLY pile with the other two, or would you prefer to send me more harassing PMs and start more (instantly deleted) threads about how much you hate me because I won't lie and say ADDAMS isn't a huge bomb? Too bad only about 10 other posters in this thread alone agree with me. Better luck next time, dearie. Major Kisses & Hugs, for the last time!

Well, to each his own, I suppose. While I respect each person's having their own opinion, I agree with ifuweregay93. I liked the show very much. I thought the look of the show was fantastic, I enjoyed the songs and my friends and I laughed a lot. I also thought Nathan Lane's song, "Happy/Sad" was very moving, as several posters on other threads have pointed out. I'm glad I saw the show in Chicago and I can't wait to see the changes they make for the Broadway production as it is certainly interesting to see how this show evolves.

Upland, there are always some people who are going to think that their opinion is the only valid one, and will tell you so over and over. They resort to name-calling and then act as if somehow they're the ones being persecuted.
Time will tell. I'm looking forward to the show. Thanks for your input.
