Rent....Who's going to take over role as marks mom...?

I went to see Rent Sunday night, and saw Kristen Lee Kelly as Mark's Mom. Can I saw she was looking a bit pregnant! She is was such a twig, but she had a little(obvious) pot belly which seemed to restrict her movements quite a bit. By watching her dance(or lack of), it didn't seem like she was going to be able to work much longer. Who is going to(or should) take her place when she goes on maternity leave?

I think when Kendra Kassebaum is done with Assassins shes coming back to the role (shes a very good Mark's Mom and Maureen ) If Kristen Lee Kelly has to leave all of the sudden then they will probably get some old Maureen/ Mark's mom I would hope Anika Larsen :)

I heard from a fairly reliable source that they were getting Bea Arthur. After that run she had last year, she's really into the live on stage aspect of entertaining, and I guess they think she'll be really realistic.

No, Coral is actually next in line for Maureen when Maggie Benjamin heads out.

I'm already excited about her "Over the Moon". "JUMP! JUMP OVER THE DAMN MOON! NOW!" It is going to be amazing.

I haven't heard rumor of Maggie leaving, but if she does it probably won't be till july or august. I think that Kendra Kassebaum should come back to take over the role of Maureen if/when Maggie leaves. She has so much energy and an amazingly powerful voice. Oh, and why would they bring in Coral from the real world as marks mom....that's just a dumb idea....she's ugly and annoying.

I love coral. haha she always can make me laugh when everyone on that show takes themselves so seriously.
