Hey,
I am thinking of trying the Rnet lottery for tonights performance, but I was curious if anyone could tell me if it has been any more busy lately due to the publicity for the movie? Thanks so much!

Does anyone have any lottery updates?
Also, does anyone know how many people usually try for lottery on a tuesday night? Most popular lottery days? etc.

I'd assume most popular days would be Fridays and Saturday - logically, anyway.
I'm going tomorrow, it's time; shall report back.

Posted: 8/16/05 at 7:35pmYes, the lotto starts at 11:30. I'll be damned if I don't win. Look for an enthusiatic, loud, cheering asian girl named Marlene. (Upon winning of course.) Or else...my friend and I are probably doing student rush. Unless we make it in time for the Bee lottery...but we're winning...so not talk of bee!

Posted: 8/17/05 at 11:25pmI won today...for the morning mat there was like 50-60 people tops. There actually seem to be less people for the evening show at the lottery, or a very similar amount. (I was still there because I was waiting for Cary Shields to wake up, give me a hug, and sign my playbill.) Both my friend and I won, it wasn't hard. And seeing that my friend never wins lotteries... Wednesdays if you can... cake. Actually it wasn't as exciting to win, I was pretty darn sure we were going to.

try rent. I went sat 11/26th I believe it was? There were 100+ people there yet I still won for my first time ever. I saw the show 3 times before that(4 now) and for some reason never got around to the lotto. It was miraculous I won with all the people but give it a try, you never know
I sure didnt, I walked down the block and with each step I took and faces came into view I could only thik "Oh Shi..."

aw, haha, ok, sounds good! i've never tried a lotto before, I only did rush seats a month before BKLYN closed, so not many people were around.
I have also yet to see Rent, so I hope I will get to see it next weekend- I love the music and adored the movie, so cannot WAIT to see it live. and FRONT ROW
!
btw, company, i am MADLY in love with your signature!

ok, question.
For Rent lottery (I am 95% sure I am going in Saturday), get there 11:45 ish?
Also, if I don't win that, are there any other options for cheap tickets to matinees besides TKTS, or would all the other lotteries/rushes have taken place/be exhausted by then?
Thanks!
