One of the shows in the Fall. There were a lot of young fans there, and they were kind of nutty. Anyway, one of them was like "LET ME KISS YOUR DOC MARTENS!!!!" Adam's like "um, I'm not... wearing... Docs...."

Funny, I was thinking, earlier, that Pascal has closed out two shows back to back. It would not surprise me, that if Rent were closing, he would be closing that one out two. Actually, if they ever announce Rent was closing, they should bring back ALL of the original members. Not only would it go out with a bang, but they would rake in a couple million bucks.

"Do you know what pledge time is, Andrew"? said the PBS Executive. "Yes", Lloyd Webber replied. "My 50th birthday special must be one program that gets done a lot." "No", mused the man from PBS heedlessy. "Not so much. Our Stephen Sondheim Carnegie Hall concert. That's a big one." But then ticket sales would skyrocket so much that it'd make sense for them to extend. And extend. And extend some more.

I figure they'll do another reunion for ten years, at least.

Before the movie came up, Adam was like "pft, I'm too OLD!" when Rent came up.

I'd kill to see them, at any rate, though I'll be one SAD penguin when Rent closes.
