So google video is my favorite thing of all time and i stumbled across this video and it is great. It is the Dutch touring cast of Rent and they are doing "light my candle"

That was odd. I've heard the music before, so that wasn't it. I think I was most weirded out by the staging, the door being stage right threw me off. And who was that random guy walking in the background?

I loved how she just randomly fell. I assume it is the part where he says "can ya make it" but it was like *lookt I am falling to the floor now, whoops*. But i thought it was interesting enough to post!

It's good to know that Dutch bootlegs are just as bad as American bootlegs. (Not that such things exist in the world, of course, ahem...)

Yeah, I thought the table was excessively huge as well. Maybe for easier blocking. Like if it takes longer for them to walk to the other side of the table, the director doesn't have to think of as much for them to do when they're standing still.
