I loved the interaction between Rod of Avenue Q and K. Ebersohl. The Repbulican "slam" was a hoot!
does anyone even look at the board before posting anymore?

Kevin, do you look at the board before posting? By the title of the thread it is quite obvious what the post is about, yet you clicked it anyway despite the fact that it was already mentioned. If you don't want to read a repeat post, don't click on them.
Is that the out of sight, out of mind theory?
I thought that only worked with newborns...
Is she related to Christine Ebersole?
It was so funny! when he said "im a republican puppet" and she went "it rings a bell" ...hilarious!!!
And a handful of new members today, too.

A comment and a question regarding the joke...
Comment (for all the people, on the other thread, saying the joke is 6 years old): It didn't occur to me -- seriously -- that Ebersole was referring to Bush. I thought she meant, well, pretty much anybody still defending/working for the Bush administration. (Or perhaps the press?)
Question: Someone on the other thread said political jokes at awards shows always skew left, except the CMAs, which go the other way. I don't watch the CMAs -- are the right-leaning sentiments jokes or just comments (as in acceptance speeches)? I'm guessing the latter.

I am SO sorry for your inconvenience! Geeez! I didn't see any reference in the first three pages, so I didn't think it had been addressed. Next time I will do a "search" before posting.
Have a GREAT day! Thanks for your WARM welcome to the boards!

either you're blind or you're lying since the thread in question was only 7 below yours when you posted it. a search? no, you just need either glasses or brains, one of the two.
you were a lying, blind a-hole? so what's changed?
Welcome Kevin. I forgive you for not being perfect. If only I lived in the same error-free world as others...
Yes, the republican puppet joke was predictable, but funny none the less.
