Returning Harry Potter Ticket

Hi,

Has anyone successfully returned a Harry Potter ticket that was purchased before May 4th, on TM? I read online that you could but, of course, Ticketmaster is being super unhelpful.

Going with a group to both shows Jan. 13 and one of the members of our party backed out on the premium tickets and having trouble finding a replacement.

Check your confirmation email. I think I remember reading here that after a certain point, refunds were no longer offered. If your confirmation doesn't say anything about returns, you may be out of luck. It's more standard practice for shows not to offer returns or exchanges than to actually offer them.

I successfully did it, but I am not sure if you can return one ticket from the bunch rather than cancel the whole order.

If you go to the order page for your tickets, and click Live Chat from there, you should get to the right people, though. If you find chat on your own elsewhere, you're less likely to find anyone who knows how they handle Broadway shows specifically.
