To all of you who say "I'd do this, but I dont have $1000," act as a producer! If you have a real passion for this, work as a "producer" and find 10 "investors" to each invest $100, and there you go, there is your $1000...
but then again, there will be paperwork involved in that.
this is going to be GIANT MESS.
