Have they forgotten about the production that's going to be one block below them? If anything, Daniel Radcliffe in Equus is going to be "this season's Julia Roberts."

The really scary part of that article was
Tom Cruise looking to do a play on Broadway.
The cast had to sign a document, so she would not be talked about.

I see her as a liability not a draw, but Lithgow and Weist will probably be enough to make up for it.
And, really, any ticket broker who thinks she'll be a bigger draw than Daniel Radcliffe deserves to be left holding lots of tickets.

In what universe can Hilary Duff act? Did you see Material Girls, Raise Your Voice, Cinderella Story, The Perfect Man, any Hilary Duff movie, she says everything as a question then gives that weird quizzical look after every line.
She's like Hugh Grant and John Wayne. She can only act one role, but she's managed to make a career out of doing it better than anyone else.
