Diana Rigg and Leslie Manville will star in the Old Vic's adaptation of Pedro Almodóvar's All About My Mother. Rigg will play Huma Rojo, Manville will play Manuela.

This is the very first work for the Old Vic that I have felt excited about since KS took over.
The last great piece of theatre I saw there was 'Too Clever By Half', which is at least 15 years ago!

Posted: 6/21/07 at 5:26pmI genuinely cannot wait to see this, although I hate the theatre itself. So uncomfortable and squeaky inside, and if you aren't in the first ten rows of the stalls you feel like you aren't even there.
