Fierce. What I thought was an already moderately strong show can only go up from this.

Well, if they keep cutting and replacing every single number, there'll be nothing for Ashford to perfect. But kudos to Ashford for doing this -- he's brilliant.

this is the guy that helped stage Crybaby right? ok..got it.
Ashford's Choreography was the only thing in Cry Baby worth seeing.
Ashford is awesome. I had no intention of seeing Shrek, but his involvement has changed my mind.

This is rather exciting. The standing around/walking in circles while singing numbers could stand for better choreography.
Will he get credit in the playbill now?

Is there a compiled list on here of all the changes made to the show so far?

This can only be of tremendous help and Ashford's the one to do it. Who is Josh Prince anyway? And what has he done?
He was in Saturday Night Fever and Little Me, in understudy and wsing roles.
Sutton and Rob working together again?! WHOOOOO.

Hmmm. Well with those credits I;m sure Mr Ashford will be busy for more than just a few minutes.

Doctors are rarely credited.
Neil Simon isn't credited for punching up Chorus Line's script.

Well, i think it will depend on how long the Doctor is in surgery.

And Ms. Tesori isn't credited for "The Secret Garden."
Rob Ashford is a great person, the quality of his work is outstanding. Heres to Shrek taking the jump from so-so, to, thumbs up!

This can only be good.
Maybe they will make use of Sutton's dancing ability in more than one song.
It kind of makes me sad, cause Josh Prince is the brother of a friend of mine here in SF. I was so excited that he got the gig...now remember Rob is only helping the show, not taking over. There's a difference.

Josh Prince choreographed Camelot and is a real nice guy. His dancing skills are incredible.
I wasn't going to, but I just might have to try to see it again.

Funny ... I thought the show was "really great" ...

Not sure if it's Rob Ashford's work or not, but the creative team has really been doing wonders at editing this show during the preview run in Seattle. If you saw any preview performance at all, you really need to go back and see the show again as they've had many many changes--too many to list or even attempt to list (scene reordering, line ditching and rewriting, song additions, song deletions, new choreography, etc.)
Shrek is going to be huge on Broadway--even you Disney haters will love it. :) I'm not a fan of the movie to musical genre we've got going on right now, but I'm a huge fan of Shrek (and Hairspray I might add!). The show is at a very solid state for Broadway and I think this one is going to be around for a long long time. The acting, set, costumes, songs, lighting, dancing, etc. will really impress you.
