"The latest Martin McDonagh play, 'A Behanding in Spokane,' is headed to Broadway in the spring. No actors have been confirmed, but the cast may well be a starry one.
Chris Rock, Sam Rockwell and Zoe Kazan are all said to be eyeing roles in the play. Candidates for the fourth thesp slot remain a question mark.
The production, opening in March at a Rialto theater to be determined, is helmed by John Crowley (McDonagh's 'The Pillowman'), who will come to the show fresh from directing the fall staging of 'A Steady Rain' starring Daniel Craig and Hugh Jackman. wow. i'd definitely check this out. hopefully this isn't just a rumor. chris rock is the man. he'd sell plenty of tickets alone. plus rockwell you've got yourself a moneymaker.

I'm so glad I belong to Atlantic Theater Company! I believe this one will be included in my membership, just as Inishmaan and Speed-the-Plow were this past season. They have just the best taste in theater...
I really hope they get Kazan.
And McDonagh coming back to Broadway is good news, of course.
