Sorry, I don't have a link on this. But i've heard that a new Aussie production of the show's starting at the end of next month at the Star Theater @ Star City Casino. A cast of unknowns apparently.
Thoughts?

The producers of The Rocky Horror Show say the classic musical is an institution and one of theatre’s most endearing and outrageously funny shows.
They are keeping their fingers crossed that when their new production opens at the Star Theatre in Sydney in February, audiences will share the same view.
“It’s a timeless piece of theatre that has spanned decades,” said co-producer Paul Dainty of Dainty Consolidated Enertainment.
“I know Australian audiences – both new and old fans – will love this show, which stars some of our finest talents.”
Indeed, the show is bursting with talent and is led by Helpmann Award winner iOTA as Frank-n-Furter, with Paul Capsis, Tamsin Carroll, Michael Cormick, Sharon Millerchip and Kellie Rode making up the rest of the already announced principal cast. The roles of Rocky and Brad have yet to be announced.
Co-producer Howard Panter said: “This fresh production is an exciting new take on the world’s favourite rock ‘n’ roll musical. It brings together the hottest cast I have seen for a long time.”
The Rocky Horror Show’s well-known and much-loved storyline goes something like this: Squeaky-clean sweethearts Brad and Janet knock on the door of an eerie house to use the phone after their car breaks down in the rain on a dark and stormy night. Little do they know but they’ve just walked into a convention of beings from the planet Transsexual, led by the irrepressible leather-clad sweet transvestite Frank-n-Furter. What ensues is a night of music, mayhem and naughtiness where fantasy becomes reality.
The Rocky Horror Show made its debut at London’s internationally famous Royal Court Theatre Upstairs in 1973. While it’s essentially a rock’n’roll show it has also become an iconic brand and an entity unto itself which has defied the decades and continued to grow in popularity.
Millions of people all over the world have seen a production of The Rocky Horror Show and sung along to classics like I’m Just a Sweet Transvestite, Damn It Janet, I Can Make You A Man, Touch-a Touch-a Touch Me, Over At The Frankenstein Place and of course The Time Warp.
It’s been a decade since The Rocky Horror Show was last produced in Australia, and Walter Bugno, the Chief Executive of Tabcorp’s Casinos Division, said he was excited about it opening the new but unadventerously named Star Theatre at Star City.
“I cannot think of a better way to showcase the Star Theatre than by opening with The Rocky Horror Show, which appeals to theatregoers of all ages,” he said.
Tickets to the new production go on sale on August 27.

I'm Australian, but I had no idea who was in the cast! It was just a bit of gossip I heard, but It goes to show, you can't trust all rumors.
Tamsin Carrol's great! What's iOTA like? I saw him at the Helpmanns.

I sorta have to take offense at the idea of Sharon Millerchip being unknown, at least in (Australian) musical theatre geek circles.
Not sure if I'd fly up to Sydney to see this (this ain't "Company" - which was bloody excellent), but if they'd get David Campbell as Rocky... hmmm... David Campbell in a corset... hmmm... what are we talking about again?
(yeah edited, shortened)
